Another Monday

Resting up for the weekend!

It's another Monday, and the boys and I are left wondering... where did our weekend go? We enjoyed walks, planted (and transplanted) shrubs and a lot of other yard work. Ok, Jim did the yard work - Taylor and I watched - Andre slept! :)

The boys are enjoying the nice weather outside! Andre has been having fun roaming the yard and basking in the sun. Taylor loves to run back and forth watching the neighbors and playing with his friends.

On the upside, Andre's eye has been doing well (at least from what I can tell). He takes his five drops a day like a champ and seems to be getting used to it. We'll see what the vet says at our next check-up. Crossing our fingers!

Well, enough procrastination and back to my personal ethical and legal statement. Two weeks to go before I get a summer break! :)

Monsters Attack!



Who's the hairy monster in this photo?!



WOW! After a busy work trip to Arizona last week, I'm paying for it with just as busy of a schedule the last couple days. Not to mention, being in week 6 of business law and ethics (thank goodness we only have two weeks to go)!

I missed all three boys while away! I made up for being away with treats for everybody.  



Aw, what sweet monster eyes - we can be friends!



The boys got furry and colorful monsters from the Arizona Humane Society boutique. They were a hit! Taylor loves carrying Sunny though the house... Andre enjoys sneaking up and attacking Blueberry when he isn't looking. (true to their personalities, they wanted to pose for photos with each other's monsters) These toys are the best - and it's always nice when the profit goes to such a great cause!



I was super lucky, because Jim just got a flip video camera. (yes, he is following us throughout the house capturing the moments of our lives) I got daily videos from the boys the while away. It gave me something exciting to look forward to every day. What a guy!

Well, it's almost the weekend, according to the weather people we should have a couple good days for walks and yard work. We can't wait!



Top Dog!

Our team did it!! Finally the dog bracket methodology Andre, Taylor and I have used for so many years paid off :)

Congratulations to Jonathan and the Washington Huskies! Looks like too much partying at our house - that kibble is everywhere! This celebration is getting out of control!

Here's to everybody who picks their teams by mascot. :)

What a weekend, the underdogs made it to the big dance!

The boys are excited that our bracket methodology has finally worked. We are the first to admit we got the wrong bulldog... but we were correct in huskies vs. bulldogs!

Congratulations to Blue (of the Butler Bulldogs) and Jonathan (of the UConn Huskies) you finally proved us right. This is a once in a lifetime canine match up!

Now, Andre and Taylor want to know what we'll be doing to celebrate... Taylor votes BBQ!
